Walk-in Information

We accept walk-ins every day from 12pm-6pm! All walk-ins are first come, first served and subject to availability.

Appointments are not required but do take priority so if you have a preferred time/practitioner we highly recommend scheduling in with us below!

Studio Policies:

  • We are an 18+ only studio. We do not pierce or tattoo minors regardless of parental consent. *Due to the nature of our services, we do not allow children under the age of 10 in the studio. Minors are not permitted in our service rooms and must be accompanied by a parent at all times.*
  • Only one guest may accompany you in the service room. Our private rooms are unable to accommodate large groups so we ask that you leave children, family and additional friends at home.
  • We do not accept American Express. We accept all other payments including cash, credit, debit & apple pay.

Deposit Policy:
Specific appointments that require a deposit will display the required deposit amount. This deposit is not representative of the overall total of services. Your deposit will be taken from your card at the time of booking, however it is not an additional fee and the paid deposit amount will be discounted from your final total during your in-studio check out!

For Piercings: All deposits are transferable when an appointment is rescheduled at least 48hrs in advance but non-refundable in the case of:

  • Absence/No-show
  • Tardiness
  • Missing/Forgotten ID or minor paperwork
  • Same day/day before cancellation or reschedule
  • Refusal to follow studio policies
  • Deposits for styling services are NON-REFUNDABLE. All styling services must be rescheduled at least 48hrs in advance to maintain deposit.

For Tattoos: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be forfeit in the case of:

  • Absence/No-show
  • Tardiness
  • Missing/Forgotten ID
  • Appointment Cancellation
  • Refusal to follow studio policies

Tardiness Policy:

Please note that we need the full appointment time to complete your service and may not be able to accommodate you with a late arrival. This is especially the case on weekends, or fully booked days.

If you arrive past your scheduled appointment time, you will lose your time-slot and will need to reschedule. All 30-60 minute appointments have a grace period of 10 mins. All 15 min appointments have a grace period of 5 mins.

If you have a deposit on file, that deposit is automatically forfeited if you arrive past the grace period for your scheduled appointment time and you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.

If you fail to arrive to your appointment (no call/no show) your deposit is automatically forfeited and you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.


Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

For Piercings:

You are free to cancel your appointment through our website directly up to a day prior to your scheduled appointment time. You may also reschedule your appointment by selecting a new day & time and then cancelling your original appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling done the same-day or day before your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeit of deposit. If you have a deposit on file or need to cancel day-of, please contact the studio directly via call or email.

For Tattoos:

All cancellations/rescheduling must be done through the studio or artist directly via call or email. To reschedule, it must be done at least 48hrs in advance in order to maintain your deposit. Failure to reschedule within that timeframe will result in forfeit of deposit and you will be required to pay a new deposit to book in again. Cancellations result in automatic forfeit of deposit as tattoo deposits are non-refundable.
